Introduction
RWC’s social media channels are intended to provide users with a place to connect, share advice, challenges and stories. To create a safe and welcoming environment, we have implemented community guidelines to ensure all our users can exchange ideas comfortably. These guidelines clearly outline the rules of conduct and should be adhered on all RWC social media platforms.
Respect and community
At RWC we aim to create content that is useful and interesting to our users, therefore we encourage conversation and welcome feedback. We value varied opinions and debate. However, we ask all users to participate respectfully and acknowledge differing opinions.
RWC will not tolerate and reserves the right to remove any comments including, but not limited to, any language that displays any of the following:
- Defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, distasteful, vulgar or inappropriate language.
- Encourage illegal activity or inappropriate behaviour.
Please be aware that any comments violating these guidelines may be reported.
Digital Footprint
We would like to encourage users to be mindful when posting online, due to our social media channels being public, this information can be accessed by anyone on the internet. We would like to advise our users that all information published on a public feed has the possibility of being captured and stored by other internet users, this then has the potential of being used by others. It is important to share information you are comfortable with being shared to a wider audience.
Creating conversation
Our social media accounts were designed to start conversation and although we do our best to monitor our social media channels, they may not always be monitored around the clock. We aim to answer any questions through Monday – Friday Hours. If you’re looking for technical assistance or prompt guidance on our products, we recommend visiting our Help and Support page, where you’ll also find a live chat option.
Updates to the guidelines
RWC reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time.
