RWC scoops two awards at the British Quality Foundation UK Excellence Awards

RWC and its family of brands – JG Speedfit, JG Underfloor and Reliance Valves – are thrilled to have won two prestigious awards at the British Quality Foundation (BQF) Excellence Awards 2023.

Held on Thursday, 5^th October 2023, at the Hilton Bankside, London, the annual ceremony celebrates business excellence across a broad range of categories and UK industries.

At the annual ceremony, RWC took home the award for ‘Excellence in Living Your Values’ and ‘Excellence in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’. Both accolades recognise RWC’s ongoing commitment to living their corporate values through transformational programmes and initiatives, as well as their efforts to break down barriers to create a positive and inclusive working environment.

RWC was recognised for ‘Excellence in Living Your Values’ through embedding its culture and SPIRIT values - Safety, Passion, Innovation, Reliability, Integrity, and Together – into the very fabric of everything they do, from its operational transformation strategy to its sustainability and social impact initiatives.

Alongside this, RWC also won the ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’ award, which highlights its efforts to support and encourage employees to bring their authentic selves to the workplace. This was achieved by creating Employee Resource Groups and a D&I Council to recognise a wider range of perspectives, raise awareness and provide ongoing support to help individuals from all walks of life reach their potential.
